The play is one of Bertolt Brecht’s most popular and enduring works. Three gods come to earth in search of a thoroughly good person and encounter Shen Teh, a good-hearted but penniless prostitute, who offers them shelter. The play is directed by Michal Dočekal, who is the present artistic director of the National Theatre in Prague.
